This little restaurant needs upgrading. Upon entering it's uninviting and the atmosphere is bland. We almost left before someone appeared and said if your here for dinner it's upstairs. Upstairs it was a different atmosphere. Small, quaint with a view of the park across the street with over looking the bay. Every table was occupied. They had a nice menu... More

This little place is indeed a bit "different"...especially for an old timer (70ish) like me. But it was very welcoming and quaint at the same time. It's in an old restored house near Evergreen Park off downtown Bremerton. We've eaten here quite a few years ago under other management with more conventional menus. Honor Bar is only open Wed.-Sat.and doesn't... More

Went with a group of 6. After ordering and waiting for quite a while to be served we were told that they were out of steak (which 3 people had ordered). So, those 3 changed their orders. Next thing we knew, the rest of us got our meals and the other 3 didn't. Sometime later, the other 3 were served,... More

This is just kind of a general review as we seem to be winding up here several times a month now. The food is great every time we go here and always something new on the menu. Have had the trip tip steak and the rib eye steak special. As good as the meals and appetizers are, it's the drink... More

Locally produced food from fresh ingrediants. An avant-garde type of place. The food was excellent. Only a few tables. Service was slow and confused. Outside venue. A new restaurant, I will visit again.

If you don't get a table right away, the chartreuse bar is fun to sit at, and it's worth the wait (no reservations for fewer than six). Small, interesting menu, impeccably fresh local food, great preps and presentation. Four of us shared two appetizers (meatballs and shrimp cakes), two sides (little new potatoes with the works, roasted beets with asparagus... More

A group of eight of us dined here last weekend. The menu is limited, but they do offer an appetizer menu. The Caesar salad was very good and nicely presented. The cheese platter was okay, would have liked to have seen a few more varieties or larger slices as the board seemed to overwhelm what was on it. Two of... More

I dropped by a day or so ago to pick up one of their homemade pastries but they were closed for changes. I think they will be open soon. It is a real asset to the close by Park. My wife and I have eaten there during it's many changes. Enjoy!

I'm a bit late with this, but several of our friends said that we should try sgain, so we did and I'm very glad we did. We went there after the artwalk and when we got there only a couple of guys were at the bar and no one at a table at 7. However, by the time we left... More

Perfect location (next to Evergreen Park), great food, great service. They use fresh local ingredients where possible, including businesses that sell at the Farmer's Market in Evergreen Park on Thursdays. We tried the Radishes (a special), Roasted Beets, Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Meatballs, and a chocolate desert. All were very well done & presented. Great small plate food. Service was... More
