I was in the bathroom sitting on the toilet before I even left the restaurant. It instantly hit my gut and sat badly. However, I still give it a 3 star rating because the atmosphere and staff were great. We were there for a 60th birthday party, and the birthday lady had a lot of tequila. The staff had a... More

I picked my wife up in North Bend after she had carpooled over with another friend to the other side of the state and back. It was lunch time, so we stopped here for lunch. There were a number of cars in the parking lot, usually a good sign but apparently not here. The food was overcooked and extremely bland.... More

I will be the first to say I am very picky when it comes to Mexican food. I like the authentic stuff and I rarely eat it here in WA. Los Cabos is delicious. Its not super authentic, but the flavors are nice, the food is good and it generally cures my cravings (at least for a little while). The... More

We went on Wednesday night when there happens to be a special...2 combinations and drinks for $25. Huge platters with different ingredients to sample. Unfortunately mostly bland with lots of melted cheese.

Wife and I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and it's usually very good - Muy Bien - in Spanish. Not so much when we visited yesterday. The food and service we just OK - not terrible but not anything to rave about either. I'll probably not return again and will look for an alternative in the Covington... More

They make a great Mexican meal. Love their combo plates, they can feed an army and leave leftovers for the reserves. I give them props for the salsa that comes with the chips. Not the bland white folk salsa you get at most places. This stuff has a nice bite to it. When the salsa is that good you know... More

Emanuel was an excellent waiter... but the quality of the lamb was not fresh and the drinks went south after the first order... the 2nd and 3rd round were lower quality.

Stopped in for lunch recently. I used to be regular when I lived closer. I'd forgotten how much more flavorful the food is than most Mexican places in the vicinity. Service remains fast and efficient. My only quibble is that lunch portions are relatively small for the cost but I have a big appetite.

After spending 6 months in Minnesota, we had been deprived of good Mexican food. We have tried several different Mexican restaurants in the area and they are all pretty good. Then we went to Los Cabos and found one that stands out. It is a fairly small restaurant in a strip mall next to the Fred Meyer in Covington. The... More

Los Cabos is steps away from the grocery side entrance to the Covington Fred Meyer. We have tried all the options for Mexican Food in Covington and Maple Valley, and we think Los Cabos holds a distinct advantage over the competition. The environment is clean and relaxed, the service is always friendly and efficient. They pour good Margaritas, the warm... More
