They will serve your food in the Theater. There's plenty of tables to set your food and drinks. The veggy pizza was excellent with lots of garlic. It was a little chilly but the balcony is warmer. We will definitely be back again.

OK, so Kelso, Washington is not exactly known for its cuisine, but if you're here on your way to someplace else and you're looking for a really good meal, you're in luck. The Backstage Cafe serves Italian style meals that could compete in any metropolitan area. The service was warm, helpful, and accommodating, the wine and beer selections thoughtful and... More

This is a great place for an intimate dinner. My wife had the chicken florantine pasta which was very good. Our salads were large and tasty. I had the sauted prawns and penne pasta which was more than I could eat. Wine was excellent. The price was more than reasonable. My dish was 18 dollars and my wifes was 16.... More

Great service, Local owners. Unique concept. This is an old lunch counter place upgraded to an excellent but not stuffy dinner place. Now Italian. Excellent fresh products.

I had a yummy salad, but the Italian items on the menu made me want to come back at dinner time when I could linger a little longer. The restaurant is more of a cozy size, but appealing decor.

The atmosphere was relaxed, couches were lining the entire upstairs. The gluten free options for dinner were numerous. I had an all meat and vegetables pizza. The movie was also pretty good. Loved trying the new not your fathers root beer. Iowa's really good.

My boss, her husband and I went in here for lunch. They had both ordered soup, one of theirs was cold in the middle. My boss ordered the KLT sandwich, she enjoyed it. Her husband ordered the salad, not bad. I ordered the Portobello Mushroom Ravioli with Garlic Alfredo Sauce. Honestly, I could make better for cheaper. It was clearly... More

Been here 4 times and each time it has taken about 2 hours to eat. Now I don't mean you get to enjoy different courses throughout the 2 hours you are there, no, I mean you sit down and wait, and wait, and wait for your order. This last visit was the last straw for us. We arrived at 6:45pm... More

Attached to an old-time type theater, you can have pizza and beer while you enjoy a movie. The cowboy pizza is our favorite: crisp crust, BBQ sauce, white meat chicken, red onions, and the surprise is chopped apple. Amazing. The food is a little slow coming out, but if you take that into account beforehand and enjoy your surroundings, it's... More

They've long had some great pizza, but with a new chef has come new Italian additions to the menu. Italian food is lacking in the Kelso/Longview area, and they've nailed it with some of their dishes. I'm not a huge fan of the alfredo sauce on the fettucine, but there is nothing better than the gnocchi served for dinner. Sure,... More
