I love Italian food and Carmine's is by far the best I've ever had. The restaurant is quaint and full of character. We went on a Thursday for the chicken alfredo and cheese ravioli with sausage and meatballs. You can see from the pics plates we're basically licked clean. It came with some parmesan breadsticks they were trying out and... More

Been wanting to try this place for years, so a friend and I finally did it......kicking myself for not going sooner. I will be back....many times. The food was soooo delicious!!!! Carmine visited our table and I wanted to keep him! His granddaughter was our waitress and she was fantastic. When my husband comes back from a business trip we... More

Nice quiet family run business.Nothing fancy but nice quiet homey atmosphere. Always enjoyable to talk to the family and look at all the photos on the wall.

Another couple joined us, and we enjoyed this restaurant for their food, service and atmosphere. Very relaxing and the food was wonderful!

Amazing lunch here- recommended by the concierge at the Park Hyatt. The breaded eggplant caprese stack (wasn't called that) was one of the most amazing culinary treats of my life.

Have had dinner at Carmine's several times with anywhere from one other person to a group of maybe ten. The food and service is always excellent. Carmine usually stops by the table to say hello. As in the title, Carmine's is just a fun place for dinner and may be my favorite restaurant in the Tri Cities.

This restaurant is adorable. The mismatched decor is refreshing and delightful. The food is made with love. Best meatballs I've ever eaten. I wish they would give me their recipe! The cheese ravioli is incredible! If I could eat that everyday I would. I would take this over Olive Garden any day especially since supporting local small businesses is so... More

This is a one of a kind restaurant in a home. We had reservations which is needed as the place is very popular. The owner came and talked to us making sure we were getting good service . He is a very interesting man and adds to the aura of the restaurant . Food was great and so much ...enough... More

Food is served family style. All in a blow or dish and you dish out what you want. I have had the Baked Ziti and it was excellent. Carmine comes around and makes sure you are happy with the food and service. He will also answer questions and talk about his days as a boxer.
