Average to good breakfast. However eggs were too much cooked. My sunny side up eggs were too cooked and the eggs benedicts from my friends were not liquid at all, which for good poached eggs is bad. I recommend the orange juice.

Stopped in for a late dinner at Hector's. Found the service very good, and food lovely. Had a chopped salad and friend loved her salmon tacos. Server was very prompt and friendly. Pour on cocktail was "impressive" as was the wine pour. First time in Kirkland and Hector's but will be back

A friend and I went for Crab Chowder and were informed that they no longer serve it. It was a cold day and we were hungry so we opted for a bowl of Clam Chowder instead. I asked for a basket of warm crusty bread to go with it. The Chowder was barely warm and they threw 4 slices of... More

Retro atmosphere and friendly staff, with strong coffee and classic breakfast dishes. My scrambled eggs were lovely: fluffy and light, not runny. The pancakes were fine, not outstanding, but still very good. Good sausage and crispy bacon, too. My husband and son both enjoyed their breakfasts. We will certainly return!

This place was a lovely find! Old charm, staff so friendly and the food was OUTSTANDING! Fantastic amount for the cost! Our party enjoyed waffles, Club, Chopped salad & a Rueben. Everyone raved about their food! Price was in line with amount.

Lovely restaurant with friendly and quick service. Good prices and a really tasty selection of breakfasts. We could not fault it.

I go to Hector's to get away from the cookie cutter stainless steel restaurants. This place has character and it still has that locals feel to it. Window table and breakfast is the ticket!

I've been coming to Hectors for years, even before the last renovation. It's a great place to hang for an hour or so and have a nice homey meal. The food is great as well as the people. Great old-timey atmosphere.

After doing some estate drive-bys in Medina we stopped here for dinner. The dark wood & brick, well-lit atmosphere was comfortable and our waitstaff was friendly yet efficient. Free off-street parking behind the building was a real plus. Being a cool fall evening; we tried their mac & cheese - brie, white cheddar, Dungeness crab, in truffle oil topped with... More

The 40 year tradition carries on at one of the Northwest's most revered neighborhood establishments. Join us for classic comfort food, prepared from the freshest ingredients, served by a friendly wait staff that makes out-of-towners feel like regulars, and regulars feel like home. The Sunday brunch with our classic Eggs Benedict isn't just a menu item - it's a local institution. Or drop in for a drink in front of the 114-year old carved mahogany bar back, and imagine the stories it could tell you. The original brickwork and cozy fireplaces are still here. So is the longstanding tradition of great food with unparalleled friendly service. We intend to keep it up for at least another 39 years to come. You're welcome anytime, and we'll keep the fire going for you!
