A must when we visit. We love the quaint atmosphere. The food is always very good, drinks are tasty and staff are friendly. The pasta is good, burgers very good. We haven't had a bad meal here. The meatballs with spaghetti are yummy!
We ate dinner here and the food was great. It's very quite and low key If you are looking for a alternative to german food try this place.
We were directed to the Alley Cafe by a local shop owner who said her family goes there for all their special occasions. We were treated with the utmost curtesy upon our arrival and our server was very attentive. The dining room was very well furnished and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Our meals were good but we felt they were... More
We were looking forward to dinner here, given the Trip Advisor reviews. Unfortunately, very disappointing overall. We walked in, were not greeted in friendly manner-more surly. The waitress was nice, but did not seem to know the food nor was she familiar with wine. The table was tiny so we had to keep handing dishes to the server. The rolls... More
My girlfriend and i wanted different types of meals -i wanted italian and she wanted german --so she had wine and we shared a appetizer of bruchetta-the presentation was exquisite , the taste was Ecstatic---the atmosphere was warm and inviting -our server was a complete delight --overall it was a rewarding experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.
We were taken in by the other reviews here and went in for dinner. Very quiet; we thought we were ahead of the crowd, but locals must know. Started well: nice atmosphere, waitress was attentive, but then the food: started with stale rolls hard enough to break teeth. When we complained, they brought out the fresh rolls. Then ordered the... More

Had to ask to order wine but it was good. I ordered the Seafood Chowder Fetticini. It was disappointing. The sauce was bland and the amount of seafood was sparse 1... More
Nice restaurant, spacious for families. Menu offers pasta, steak, schnitzel, etc., so enough variety for the whole family.
A great atmosphere for evening dining - good menu selection and a good wine list. I recommend reservations on Friday and Saturday nights.
