I love this place, especially since it's supporting a great cause. Nothing like Starbucks. I tried the ice coffee. Oh my gosh. It was amazing! They simmer the coffee with honey before cooling it. Best iced coffee!

It's Bohemian at best. There are dress codes, but the signage on the door might read more eloquently, such as "shirts required" rather than nipples covered. I stopped in for a water and left as soon as possible. There is a very young crowd, tourists...More

This place has a truly unique atmosphere. I strongly recommend checking it out. They've got it all, from coffee to snacks, cold beverages, soups, and impromptu live music. A breading ground for interesting debates and series of hosted talks about a wide range of topics.

Everybody associated with the Boiler room is a volunteer. I've seen 16 year old kids from very troubled backgrounds living on the streets evolve into trustworthy and professional workers who do their best to maintain the high standards that are consistently reinforced by the hands-on...More
