Nice people and service but food very disappointing. Reminded me of my time in the military. If you are in a hurry and looking for gut wading this may work for you. Coffee was good.

We stopped in on our way out of town to get a cup of coffee for the road. We got two cups of drip and a gluten-free peanut butter cookie. The cookie was surprisingly good. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting way too long. We should have made sure it was fresh.

We zipped in here for a quick cup of coffee to go. Had read reviews and watched the video on the website. Unfortunately the owner was not there the day I visited. There were only a couple other people eating as it was mid afternoon. My daughter and I got our coffee and I was a little disappointed. My coconut... More

A fantastic small town dining experience awaits! Skip the fast food up on the main highway and enjoy a nice and quiet breakfast or lunch experience in a park-like-environment just off the main street in Poulsbo. My wife and I have gone here at least once a month since we've lived here and I can't get enough of their specialty... More

Jak's has good healthy freshly homemade food and great lattes. Friendly service. My favorite is the breakfast croissant and a almond latte.

Despite an almost entirely empty cafe (2 other patrons were waiting for their lunch) my cappuccino took an extraordinarily long time to prepare and arrived improperly made with milk that was sour. The baristas are clearly not trained properly and appeared to be extremely frazzled in the kitchen. Pity because the location is convenient.

We really like this place. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. The employees are pleasant and readily make suggestions if you seem indecisive about what to pick. The sandwiches are full of ingredients and very good. The service is quick and you never feel hurried to vacate your table. They have interesting items for purchase if you want. The employees... The latte's are small but it's enough to get us in the door and want more. What a quaint little coffee shop - serves homecooked breakfast in the AM. Wonderful little place.

We strive to support local businesses and heard positive reviews about Jak's Cafe from a number of locals. So today we gave it a try - we like little hole in the wall places like that. I'm giving it 3 stars because the server was very friendly and efficient. My husband had the lunch special Chicken Alfredo - priced under... More

We went here for lunch on a weekend -- just driving around, saw it and decided to give it a try. The place is small, family run, and the service was very personal. The soup is made fresh every day (had tomato and it was very good) and the sandwiches are custom made to order. Healthy stuff. I'm looking forward... More
