After leaving the Turner restaurant due to poor customer service and a 10mins wait, we found this location on trip advisor. The place is quaint. The waitress was great, food was cheap, and filling. The breakfast served its purpose and we were happy. Pros: location, amazing customer service, decent food con's: close at 1300.

What a lovely place. Very retro, some might call it shabby but I enjoyed the cozy feeling of a place that has been there awhile. We were served by a sassy waitress named Jackie and she was so much fun. We enjoyed her professional prompt service without making us feel rushed. On a particularly crisp Washington morning it was nice... More

Was in Puyallup for a few days for my sister's graduation and this restaurant was recommended, I had the French toast and it was so yummy!

We direct here by reviews Trip Advisor -- and wondered why? It's got local atmosphere, but that's all. The food is average in portion size and taste. Skip this one!

This restaurant has been in Puyallup for years. The food is diner food, not great but will fill the hole.

We wanted to go to Charlie's on Christmas Eve, but it was closed for their holiday party so we went here instead. It had a decent breakfast menu, fast service, and good food. A simple little cafe in downtown Puyallup to get a good breakfast for a good price.

The Rose is an old school restaurant. The meals are like what grandma made. It is a small and cozy restaurant. A great selection on the menu. You can sit at the counter or a booth. Service is friendly and attentive. A lot of regulars eat there so you know the food is delish. I have never left disappointed when... More

They serve bacon, eggs and pancakes. They serve hot coffee in green, ceramic mugs. The counter looks like it's been there since the 60s. I loved it. The decor, the service, and the food. I wish something like it was close by at home.

My son and I stopped in for breakfast, I had the eggs benedict, and he had the standard "bacon and eggs". Both of our meals were great. The country fries are fabulous. Portions were very generous. We did not have the pancakes, but saw several orders go by, they looked and smelled wonderful. The waitress was very attentive and we... More

This small, quaint restaurant is a diamond in the rough. It hasn't lost an ounce of its retro charm and somehow the classic breakfast diner fair is ridiculously inexpensive. Portions are adequate, especially for the price and their pancakes remind me of my Swedish Great-Grandmother's hot cakes. Haven't tried their lunch menu, but they have a constant stream of regulars... More
