Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My son and I came in for St. Patrick's Day. Busy but not like previous years. We were lucky on a nice sunny day to get an outside table on the edge of the outside patio. We were there around 5 pm and they were...already sold out of Corned Beef and Cabbage. We had Cottage Pie with salad and Steak and Guinness Pie with salad. Both quite good and was happy there was an alternative.More

Where everybody knows your name. Great place to get together with friends and also just sit at the bar and have random chats. Good happy hour menu and always that amazing Guinness off tap.

Went for a beer and dinner and was pleased. The camaraderie between the bartender and customers exemplified the comfort of a neighborhood pub.

J.J’s has great food, great service but the seating is always a problem. Get there early or if there is more then 3 of you and you are not supermodel thin it will be a tight fit at one of the tables.

Stopped here for a couple drinks before heading over to a movie at the Bella Bottega. It’s a typical Irish Pub with a cozy setting. Very laid back, relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. We plan to go back when we can spend some...more time there and try the happy hour specials.More

I used to go there a lot but the past two times I went there recently, they have just gone downhill really fast. The waitress for our table did not even listen to the order and brought the wrong food, or rather they just listened...to one person and ignored the other on the table. By bar food standards also it has just hit rock bottom I think. There are a bunch of other bars in that area so think before you go there.More

This. Is my favorite restaurant and I go at least once or twice a month. I love the fish and chips, corned beef cabbage, chicken pot pie and friends have enjoyed cottage pie, Cobb salad, the hamburgers ( me too) and the macaroni and cheese...bites. It’s a fun place. They have trivia night on Tuesdays, St Patrick’s Day celebrations, and the decor is of an Irish pub. Service is usually very good but it does get busy at lunch and dinner. They also have discounted tickets for the movie theater that is in the same strip mall if you eat therMore

Plenty of good food and drink in a friendly and engaging atmosphere. Tables inside (and outside for those intrepid enough to sit there in Seattle weather). Sports on the telly, with an Irish slant, of course. Highly recommended.

Came in here after a movie... (should have prior, because they give you reduced movie tickets if you purchase food or drink) Irish coffee wasn't warm, cabbage was cold, corn beef tough, green beans were good. Nothing here to write home about. We had a...birthday celebration, and order two desserts for the table, and was charged for two. Waiter couldn't even say "happy Birthday"....More

We went here for the first time for dinner. The beer choices are good and they had a nice selection of irish food. I had the chicken pot pie but it wasn't a traditional chicken pot pie. It was a pot pie with a pastry...set on top so the style wasn't my favorite but the meat inside was tasty. The side salad was not good because it is only lettuce and the lettuce wasn't fresh. They should toss their lettuce when it's old, fresh is important for something like that. The other person in my party had corn beef and cabbage and enjoyed it. I personally thought the corn beef was a little dry. Our service was good. I would probably go back to watch sports since they have a lot of tvs and drink a good beer but I won't be running back for dinner. I appreciate the fact that they are trying to serve a fairly traditional irish menu. As a person who makes irish food, it was fun to try the dishes that we did.More

Solid Irish Pub in downtown Redmond. Bar is fully stocked and menu is very traditional Irish food. Lots of very good music and lively atmosphere.

I usually go here for when I want to have a beer with lunch or for the Happy Hour. The happy hour is good as the portions are a bit more substantial than most other Happy Hours'. The food is pretty good quality and the...decor since the remodel is much better. Sometimes the wait staff can be a little inattentive, but when they're "on" they do a pretty decent job. I mainly go because I like getting a good GB style beer!More
