Pho Mimosa has been one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants for years and the best in Snohomish (INMHO). So we were rather hesitant because of new owners and few recent bad reviews. Well, rest assured, if you liked it before you'll still like it now. Some things have changed and some items taste different because of slight changes but nothing... More

This is a nice family-run Vietnamese restaurant. I especially like the Yellow Curry with chicken, but the Vermicelli bowl (second on the menu) is a good light lunch.

In a culinary sense, this was probably a 2 1/2 star experience but good service goes a long way. The Banh Mi was pretty anemic. There was literally one slice of meat on the sandwich. I'm used to Yummy Deli and Yeh Yeh's so this was pretty disappointing. The taste was fine but the amount of meat? Come on! The... More

Have eaten here before but not for a few years. Tried Pho for the first time and enjoyed it. If you like soup, Pho is a great option to fill your belly. Great value too. The spring rolls were great for a starter too.

Nice staff, great food, great variety. I like the Pho and the rest the family likes more traditional Thai food. You can get it all there.

We got take out pho here for years, which I think is hands down the best pho I've ever had. #14 with brisket and medium rare beef is pretty hard to beat, although I've tried almost every variety they make. However, not only is the pho incredibly solid, the rest of the menu is dialed. The chicken phad Thai is... More

Consistently good food. My kids like it which is a plus considering kids can be picky eaters. Lots to choose from; dishes, soups, appetizers. Can't go wrong. Been here for a long time which should be an indicator of goodness.

I think this restaurant is top notch. I love it! The food is consistently great! This is my #1 restaurant. The service is very friendly and quick. I have many food allergies and this has been a safe place for me to eat.

My wife and I eat here about once a week. Flavors are exquisite and the food is wonderful. I recommend the Vietnamese sandwich. It is better in my opinion than Subway. The French rolls are specially purchased and lots of cilantro and other herbs make this sandwich unforgettable.
