Italia Trattoria serves my favorite Italian food in town. The dishes are always fresh, they keep their menu interesting, and they usually have a list of delicious wines and sprits to compliment your meal. The servers are knowledgable of the food and beverages that you are being served. The restaurant is small, I highly recommend making reservations. My service has... More

Great restaurant for a date night. Excellent service and outstanding homemade pasta. My longtime favorite is the lamb ragu pappardelle. I stole a few bites of my wife's gnocchi, which was also very good. I had their skid ink pasta before and that is also worth it if you are in the mood for seafood.

Food is great as is the service. Wine list is good with several Italian wines. Seems obvious but it seems most Italian restaurants have few if any Italian wines. Anyway, no off street parking. A little tough to find but if you find the Elk House it is across the street to the west. Make a reservation which is easy... More

Honestly, my mouth is watering just thinking about the delicious food at this restaurant. It's a cute little place tucked away in Spokane's Browne's Addition. Small and comfortable, it's a pleasant experience for anyone taking a mid morning walk and finding themselves a little hungry. The staff is pleasant and the owner is actually the head chef! It's a very... More

The food is almost indescribable it was so delicious that my mouth watered through my whole meal. I did not want my experience to end.. I told my boyfriend everyday for lunch we need to come to Italia. I had the salmon melt and my boyfriend had the miss piggy! Both wonderful choices. If you are looking for a mouth... More

Great for a special occasion. Set in Browne's Additions it is very trendy. Whether you need to use their bathroom or not, use it just to admire its décor. I haven't been for over a year, however, I still remember the ravioli I ordered. I dream of it. No parking meters ... yet. Call for reservations.

The restaurant is not very big so a reservation is definitely recommended especially for weekends and holidays. I reserved a table for 2 on labor day weekend and the place was packed even at 8 pm. I am happy with the menu where you have a variety of selection of meat. They have some very unique dishes, such as a... More

This was one of the best dining experiences we have had. The appetizer, salad, entree (halibut), and desert were all fantastic! The service was excellent as well. If you find yourself in Spokane, you HAVE to go eat here. Amazing!!

In July of 2010, Chef Anna Vogel and Operations Manager Bethe Bowman opened Italia Trattoria, a lively, regionally inspired Italian restaurant in historic Browne’s Addition just west of downtown Spokane. Chef Anna’s commitment to cooking seasonally with the finest local produce and artisan products available from Italy and the Pacific Northwest has differentiated Italia Trattoria from any other restaurant in Spokane. The menu has an eclectic mix of house made pastas, meats and fresh fish, salads and soups, and breakfast dishes on weekends. Our menu changes seasonally while offering some of our house favorite dishes year around. The menu is complimented by a well-received wine list with a primary focus on Italian producers and some local Northwest wines. We offer a full service bar with hand crafted martinis, barrel aged cocktails, fresh squeezed juices, and the best espresso in town. Whether you are in the mood for our grilled rack of wild boar with sweet potato gnocchi, a house made squid ink fettuccine with spicy wild shrimp, our charred octopus salad, the best meatballs in town, or our city wide famous zeppole doughnuts or tiramisu, come dine with us.
