Visited this lovely pub with my father and brother. The service and food were outstanding I especially liked the duck salad. The owner is incredibly welcoming. The quality of the food superb. I cannot rate it highly enough. I will return again
We visited with our daughter-in-law and granddaughter for Sunday lunch. Our granddaughter had the small size roast, polished that off and had some of ours too - not that the portions were small, she just eats a lot and loved the food, as did we!...More
We came here after receiving gift voucher. Clean and friendly environment. Only couple dining. Starter of tempura veg. Far to greasy. Burger was bang on. Again chips were to greasy. Awesome selection of beers. The land lady was very accomadting. I would visit again.
Went for Sunday lunch, staff very friendly and attentive. The Sunday roast, unfortunately a let down - came away feeling hungry. No vegetarian option, they had run out - we were booked in for 12.15pm and not all deserts available. Very disappointed with the food....More

I am sorry you weren't very happy about your Sunday Meal, and I am glad at least you liked our service. However, if I am correct, you booked for 12:15, but by the time everyone arrived it was 12:45, for a group of 10 people...More
Have dined here a few times and it is consistently good.
Very friendly welcome from Tina and her staff.
Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Nice selection of carefully prepared dishes.
