We had lunch at the Wild Bean and enjoyed it very much. The service was excellent. I had the cheese sandwich on ciabata roll and my husband had the breakfast burrito. Food was fresh and well put together as far as flavor. Definitely worth a visit while in charming Lewisburg.

A favorite stopping place when shopping or for entertaining guests from out of town. Good food, comfortable atmosphere, great coffee.

I went for a sandwich about 3:45, but was disappointed to hear I could not get one after 3:00. Coffee is good but not enough for a meal. I'd like to go back sometime (earlier in the day).

We are vegetarians, so this was a plus having such a restaurant during our stay as out of town tourists. The food was good. I had an avocado painini and a curry pasta side salad. My fiance had a grilled tofu sandwich and a bowl of creamy broccoli soup. Everything was pretty good. Restaurant was very busy. When we ordered,... More

The Wild Bean has a very relaxed atmosphere and is a nice place to visit. The only negative would be that it is a bit on the pricey side but still much better option than say the Stardust Cafe as far as pricing goes. It is great meeting spot for planning your next adventure in the Greenbrier Valley! Enjoy!

The Wild Bean is in a large old building with high ceilings located right in the middle of town and is more of a coffee shop/health food restaurant specializing in hummus/salads/beans/ coffee/smoothies etc.. For lunch the 3 cheese grilled sandwich was a little lackluster and served with pasta salad and my wife's salad and soup were ok.I should have just.gotten... More

I visited the Wild Bean last week for the first time and was happy that I did. Their coffee is very tasty and the price is reasonable. They do have a small menu but I had the 3 cheese grilled sandwich and enjoyed it. This cafe reminds me of coffee shops in Seattle from many years ago. There is plenty... More

I have stumbled my way down the street, past the city park, stood in line waiting on the jay walker lights to flash off so the passersby could stroll uncharacteristically across a never ending line of bust bodies in their automobiles making their way to the job they are all ready fifteen minutes late for. Past the Irish Pub, the... More

I highly recommend this place. They were moderately busy when I was there at 9:30 on a Saturday AM. The woman running the counter seemed pretty indifferent in connecting with patrons, but the coffee made up for it.
