We had a pleasurable Tapa experience comparable to Avila, Grenada and Toledo Spain and with larger presentations. Our server was very passionate about the food and clearly explained each dish which only enhanced our experience, Gracias

Reasonably priced tapas menu, Spanish sandwiches and salads for lunch. Food was fresh and flavorful, good wine list and owners were very friendly. We will be back!

The food was absolutely delicious; however, when I returned a few weeks later the restaurant had closed its doors

The paella had NO saffron flavor at all. Apparently the burners were not able to cover the entire bottom of the small individual paella pans as some rice was crunchy and uncooked. This tasted nothing like paella in Spain or what I make myself. The Spanish cab was quite nice though

I had the paella and it was wonderful. The restaurant was nearly deserted. I don't think tapas are very popular in this region. The cook is spanish and she truly has a passion for what she's serving. The spanish selection of wine was great. Green Bay seems to be a beer town (not that there's anything wrong with that) and... More

This was the third strike for Cafe Madrid. As usual, the ambiance and music was enjoyable. The only other people (2) were leaving as we were tying our pasta tapa which was okay. I had a pinot noir that did not have the body of such a wine and I tasted a had a tinge of a vinegar. The two... More

I ordered tapas from Cafe Madrid to be delivered across the street to the cigar lounge where I was enjoying a nice cigar with friends. We ordered a bunch of items, and I was amazed that they brought the scallops across the street with nothing else. The waiter said "I thought you would want these while they are hot." He... More

A friend and I had lunch here yesterday, sat outside to enjoy the balmy September day. We were the only customers, service was adequate. The menu of various tapas is a very creative and interesting alternative to chain restaurants and sports bars. We shared the stuffed figs and the roasted eggplant dishes and found both interesting, but portions rather small... More

We visited with our kids and enjoy the nice dinner of tapas and beer. This was a nice break from the traditional beer and pub that you would find in downtown Green Bay. Definitely plan to stop by and have a tapa or two

We stopped for a late lunch. This was our first time visiting Green Bay. We were surprised at the downtown area it is almost deserted on a Saturday afternoon. We stopped at the Cafe Madrid because it had tables with umbrellas outside on the sidewalk. There was one couple eating outside so we figured it must be open. We were... More
