We had a great experience at the Winzer Stube. When we walked in to a quite busy restaurant with our two young children, we were asked if we had a reservation. Which we did not. The hostess quickly found a way to accommodate us without the reservation. The food was authentic and delicious! Will defiantly go back again!

This is the first time review for this place but i have been here many times before. One of the most authentic German restaurants this side of the Atlantic. Extensive menu of the favorites and some great surprises. Portions are sizable and the star is friendly and the service is great.

Very slow service. Food was fair, you would think a local German restaurant would make home made spatzle.

My wife and I love German food - we both have German heritage and have traveled to Germany several times. The Winzer Stube is as authentic a German culinary experience as any place we've been to. The food is authentic, not kitschy or over the top. Their beer selection is excellent, and again is authentic. The staff/ownership really know their... More

This is so close to a german restaurant it is incredible. The food is very authentic German so be prepared for that but they do have some American fare too for the less adventurous eaters. It is also pretty spendy here, Winzer Stube is not the place for anyone on a budget, it is a great place for people looking... More

A nice spot, really makes you feel as if you are dining in a German Ratskeller. The schnitzel was very good and the accompanying cabbage added to the flavor. The spatzle was nothing to write home about, but was still a nice addition to the meal. Strudel topped the meal off nicely. A nice touch was bringing a bag to... More

The Winzer Stube has become one of our favorite places. Best Mushroom soup ever! And the Herring is wonderful. Out of this world German comfort food. Right in Downtown Hudson and is located down a flight of stairs...kind of a hidden gem. Definitely worth a visit!

Winzer Stube is one of our go-to restaurants, especially the Wednesday half off on the second schnitzel special. Even our friend who is a German teacher brings her students to this restaurant.
