Have gone to Rudy's Drive-In a few times. Moving up here from Illinois reminds me much of the drive-ins we had down there. Food is what you expect in a drive-in plus the Wisconsin cheese curds. Burgers are great, so are the drinks. Great place to pull up and eat 50s style in your car. For those wanting to eat... More

Girls flying around on their roller skates servicing the cars. Like being back in the 50's. Ok, was was born after that, but from what I've seen in the movies... Quick service, but very popular. Very fair prices. Typical drive in foods, dozens of selections. Great root beer

Love the atmosphere of the place, feels like you are back in time!! Good, cheap food. They have the best root beer floats, which are sometimes only $.99

Fast friendly service, great food And 99 cent root beer floats! Had a pork tenderloin sandwich, one of the best I've had. All sandwiches were served piping hot right off the grill. If in La Crosse, make sure you get to Rudy's.

We couldn't believe an actual old-fashioned drive thru restaurant still existed! We enjoyed our very cheerful roller-scating poodle-skirt-wearing waitress. My niece was charged as our tray got hung on the actual window of the car! The root beer floats and coolers we DIVINE! A delightful surprise is La Crosse, WI

When we pulled up my son thought the wait staff were on hover boards. Nope, roller skates! Good ole fun with 99 cent root beer floats.

We stopped here on a very hot Saturday afternoon. It is an old fashioned drive in where the waitresses still wear roller skates and skirts and the tray is hung off your car window. The root beer floats were excellent. We also had a couple of root beer freezes (I think that's what they were called). My husband termed it... More

After a long day riding we stopped at Rudy's and seeing as it was dog month, our group of 9 did us really proud in consuming some really taste hot dogs and chili dogs to say nothing of the burgers. The establishment was really clean and well set up and seeing as it was extremely hot outside the inside A/C... More

The month of July special was hot dogs and chili dogs for under a dollar. The waitresses on roller skates was fun, hot dogs were good and draft root beer in a glass mug was refreshing!

Old time drive in with waitresses on roller skates. We sat at a picnic table and enjoyed the Sunday afternoon with two good pork tenderloins, cheese curds, and root beer floats. Very good.
