If you find yourself hungry and want a big breakfast or hardy burger, Look no further than the hungry peddler! No frills! Just good homestyle chow! And get yourself a bloody or screwdriver on the side. Enjoy!

We try to patronize Hungry Peddler at least once a month. Staff is always welcoming, food is great and service is superb! We usually do breakfast here and it can't be beat!

We took the granddaughter out for lunch she is going to the UW LaCrosse she was tried of school food . She was not disappointed the steak sandwich which we all had was great and with the other things we all took some of it with us. Price was good no complaints we will go back when in town.

Our family has been going to the Hungry Peddler when we visit LaCrosse. Had dinner with my mother-in-law and daughter. Filets for all. My mother-in-law added a 4 oz lobster tail and I added four bacon wrapped shrimp. The French onion soup and salad prior to the meal were fresh and delicious. We were too full for dessert at the... Went in for lunch. The restaurant was busy, but service was fast. The sandwiches we had were good, but nothing special. Probably won't ever go there again since there are better options in the LaCrosse area.

Our party of 4 discovered this Gem last year on a visit to the area. With all the places in town for dinner, we couldn't wait to return! As luck would have it, Karen was again our server, and she outdid herself! With a full bar, we already had our libations prior to being seated(wait on a Saturday evening was... More

Hungry Peddler is one of my must go to places when visiting La Crosse every year. I have been going to Hungry Peddler for well over 30 years. The breakfast is always good and their Friday Fish Fry is great. The prices are reasonable and the service is always first rate.

Good value with plenty of food. The hash browns were the best we've ever had. Homemade cinnamon bread french toast was also good not overly sweet. Nice menu selection sure to find something you will like. The menu offers a lighter side menu with smaller portions for less money. A large amount of menu items came in a lighter side... More

We've been going to Hungry Peddler for probably around 40 years and, until today, have always been satisfied with everything about the meal.Today was very lousy! For starters we've always enjoyed the garlic toast they served but today it looked like it had been sitting around in the kitchen for weeks and it had virtually no flavor. We needed to... More
