This is a quaint place that is part of a bigger goat farm operation. The food was great, service was fair but we did get there late in the day before closing. We had been here for a food and beer or wine paired dinner that was excellent. They have a nice shop attached with wine, cheese and other items... More

Great place to stop for lunch or a casual dinner about nine miles north of Fond du Lac on the east shore of Lake Winnebago. The place is known for their national award-winning Evalon goat cheese, but a few year ago they started a cafe as well riding the wave of agri-tourism. My son loves the their bacon and blue... More

When I was pregnant with my second child I would get terribly sick from cows milk, and sadly had to forgo it. Some friends suggested I try goat milk, but my Grandma and Mamma had warned me all my life it was awful! I wanted milk with my cereal again so badly I risked it and headed out to La... More

Day trip to the east side of Lake Winnebago. I have been meaning to stop at the LaClare Farms for a visit and glad I did. Interesting menu, they have a happy hour at goat milking time. Nice farm market specializing in their own goat and cow cheeses, milk, yogurt and ice creams.

Great tour with goats, cheese and milk! We had an informative fun visit with Clara as she shared her family's story of goat glory. So worth the trip. Great food at the cafe and you can pet the goats!!

La Clare's is a fun stop for a nice lunch with friends but casual enough for a family with smaller children. A viewing room to see the Goats helps to entertain the children and a GREAT shop certainly entertains the adults. The food is fabulous but don't miss the onion rings! They are amazing!

My friend and I visited on a beautiful Saturday lunchtime and enjoyed the cheese and wine flight with the LaClare Farms cheeses. It was wonderful! Haven't tried anything else on the menu yet, but will definitely make a return trip. The setting is so peaceful and the shop has a great selection of cheeses and other items. Viewing the baby... We stopped in for lunch and came away very impressed! I'm a cheeseburger guy and this was one of the best cheeseburgers ever, everything about it was great, cooked to perfection, seasoned just right and even the bun was tasty. My wife got the fried egg BLT sandwich which she really loved, my mom got a regular burger and she... More
