My wife goes to pick up a fresh bun for my lunch every other day. A good fresh bun makes the sandwich.

They have a rotating menu of breads, so sometimes I am bummed that a favorite is not made that day. I have never been disappointed in the quality. Prices are more reasonable than some of the other bread/bakery stores in Wauwatosa. Service is fast.
One place I can get a nice variety of breads. Quality is well worth the price. Plan your shopping so that this will be one of your stops while in the Village of Tosa.
I've been to the Breadsmith several times. Always get something new and tasty and well worth my money. I would most certainly recommend this store.
Love, love, love this bread store. Might not always have the biggest selection (cause I waited until the afternoon), but I can always find something else. The Asiago Cheese is our favorite!! All of the rye breads are great too! Register to receive e-mails and...More
This bakery deserves RAVES in accolades. Their Unsalted Rye loaves are without parallel in both taste and texture. They also serve bakery, snack cakes, and coffee--and always have that day's New York Times available for public perusal. This is a must for any prolonged stay...More
Love the bread here. We buy French peasant bread and throw most of it in the freezer for toast. It is the beast. Their buns and rolls are great without butter or Jam. My family love their muffins.
Artisan made breads, flavored dinner breads, rolls, muffins and other yummies. You can take the bread whole or they can slice it for you.
A great bakery in the heart of the ^Tosa Village, Breadsmith delivers fresh baked bread just like my Grandma used to make. The Peasant loaf and dinner rolls are two of our favorites as well as their whole wheat.
Stop in and pick up bread as a staple for you family or a special loaf for a special recipe. Their French bread is crusty and a must-have when I make home-made soup for my family.
