Like another reviewer, I ordered spring rolls and Bun Cha Gio (egg roll, vermicelli, vegetables, lime, chili, and fish sauce). My husband got another Bun dish that was the same but also included BBQ pork. Everything was delicious, vegetables were very fresh, and the service was pretty fast. Yes, the portions are huge, but that seems typical for these kinds... More

My husband and I both love bun, and we weren't disappointed with Pho Saigon. We each ordered spring rolls and Bun Cha Gio (egg roll, vermicelli, vegetables, lime, chili, and fish sauce). Full of flavor and crunch, and the portions are huge - the spring rolls are huge, the vermicelli bowl was huge; it was more than either of us... More

I am not knocking it. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant spotless. I just have trouble believing it is the best Casper has to offer. Maybe it was being seated next to the large TV playing Vietnamese karaoke or maybe just the plane jane decor but I just felt the town must have more to... More

These are the types of places I actively seek out. A non-franchise family run diner. In this case Vietnamese cuisine. Both types of egg rolls were fresh and delicious. I ordered the small number 6 Pho bowl which had an assortment of meats in the soup. It was the "biggest" small bowl of soup I have ever had. The large... More

Who would have thought you could get decent Pho in Casper. This place deserves the rating and the food was excellent. The spring rolls were tasty and had plenty of real nice sized shrimp. The rare beef pho was super good; a rich broth with plenty of meat and all the basil and bean sprouts you could ask for. The... More

This is some of the best pho I have ever eaten. The broth was complex and just outstanding. The spring rolls were delicious as well. Everything tasted so fresh. So good!

I've eaten pho in many different places, and hands down this is excellent pho! The broth is wonderful, the rare steak and tripe perfectly cooked with so many noodles! The spring rolls are a treat for sure and not to be missed! Just remember though that the bowls are HUGE! Unless you have Paul Bunyan sized appetite, the smaller bowl... More

We were passing trough Casper on a road trip on our way to Jackson and the Grand Tetons. We were running low on gas and decided to stop in Casper and get lunch. We decided on Pho Saigon based on the reviews and because we love pho. Let me expand a little here. We seriously love pho: we eat it... More

We took a little detour in to Casper Wy on our way to Jackson Wy and were jonesing for some Vietnamese food (pho specifically). Found this place on urban spoon, and the reviews were all positive. We are going to add to the positive reviews. The food was really good. Pho, chicken with rice and fried egg, fresh spring rolls... More

If you really love authentic Vietnamese food, go there! You will not be disappointed. Atmosphere is very simple, service so-so, but the food is outstanding and an incredible value. We will definitely return next time we pass through Casper.
