Always a wait to get seated even when restaurant is practically empty. Service is so/so most of the times. And the food quality is not the greatest...particularly on the higher end items like crab or lobster. Not a bad place for lunch items.

After numerous times of visiting this location today's visit turned out to be another disappointment. Monday late lunch--waited about 25 minutes for a table only to be pushed further back by the hostess taking parties that came in behind us. Then once again waited about 45 minutes for our food and as always about 5-10 minutes for each and every... More

Heavy snows in Cheyenne sent most people scurrying home. I was meeting a business associate for a meal and entered the wonderfully warm restaurant. The wait staff greeted me by name, as my colleague had mentioned I would be arriving. I had the salmon with sweet potatoes entree, half serving size. Moist, flavorful and tender. The waiter was very attentive... More

Shades of Disney are not what I expected when visiting a Red Lobster, so this location did not disappoint in that regard. We have not been to a Red Lobster since almost 4 years ago in Clovis, New Mexico, which is definitely not a seaside town. However, the Cheyenne parking lot was mostly empty around 2pm in the afternoon, so... More

Was your typical Red Lobster. Staff was friendly and we didn't have a wait time to be seated. Our food came fast and we were on our way.

It is the typical chain red lobster for food and layout. The management was nice and the servers were quick and helpful. Lots of options for food, and even options for those that do not want seafood such as steak. Not spectacular but a solid place to get food and drinks from.

When traveling we always look for a recognized restaurant such as Red Lobster. Here in Cheyenne we were not disappointed. Our server was MARISSA a bright young lady who was very professional and attentive - an unusual pleasure. Our meals were exactly what we expected. Our dining experience was perfect.

I've had better at Red Lobster. My lobster and scallops were extremely over done and he noodles had no flavor. The shrimp and mussels were so-so. The best part of our experience was our server, as she was awesome.

Our visit to the Red Lobster was excellent - the serve was very good the waiter arrived quickly and took out drink order and returned just as quickly for out meal orders - soup was very good, and the fish dinner was well prepared and tasty. Very Good.

It has Red Lobster food, Red Lobster decor, Red Lobster service. If you like Red Lobster you'll like it. If not. . . . .
