This place is by far one of the best "fine dining" places in Cheyenne. The food is delicious! Perhaps the best part of the restaurant is the soup and salad bar.

It was our first trip to Cheyenne and were invited to this place. I had Cordon bleu with salad bar and the soup of the day. So delicious. Reasonable price for such a great food and place. Very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Now on our way back from Mount Rushmore to Colorado so stayed overnight in Wyoming and Poor Richard's "sounded" like a good place to eat. We were sadly disappointed as poor it was! Friendly service and good location from the motel did not make up for the overpriced and not so great food sadly

Looks are deceiving from the outside. On the inside its a nice restaurant with a pleasant wait staff.

We wanted to go somewhere special for my wife's birthday. Last year we went to a different steak house. It was very noisy. Poor Richards has always been a nice, refined place. So, we (wife, son, daughter-in-law & I) went there on Saturday night. It was quiet and the food was great. I liked the prime rib I had and... More

This was our favorite steak place when we lived here about 13 years ago. Some things never change - in this case decor with furnishings that are just that much older and look tired. Food quality is subpar and and I've had better sevice at most fast food places. Beef claims to be aged 28 days, but the prime rib... More

The soup and salad bar was delicious. I ordered the featured Scottish salmon entree and it was amazing. My friend order the soup and salad bar and the mussels appetizer. She thoroughly enjoyed each mussel and said that each one was perfect in quality and preparation. And Britney provided excellent service.
