When we checked into our hotel, we asked the front desk clerk where we should eat, and Proud Cut Saloon was her immediate answer. We liked our walk on Sheridan Avenue to get to the Saloon. Our Baseball Cut Sirloin was very juicy & delicious. Our baked potato was hot & just right. Our chocolate molten lava cake was not... More

Sunday brunch with my SO and her daughter in Cody, stop in to Proudcut at 11:50, we are informed by a waitress that they can't serve us till noon. That was OK with us we will just sit and chat. We are the only guests at this point and are seated in the back dining room. Noon comes and we... More

I had the burger with onion rings and BBQ sauce and it was as good as I expected. The nachos a friend got were made with potato chips (maybe Lays?) and were thus a bit soggy. He only ate a couple of chips. The service didn't get very high marks because they didn't even ask if everything was okay when... More

I came here with some friends who highly recommended this place. We came here in between meal times and many of the tables had Rocky Mountain oysters on the table. Naturally, we got an order of them. If you've never tried them, this is the place to do it. Tastes like fried chicken and it has a thin batter to... More

Very traditional western steakhouse style place. Good beer and wine selection with a full bar for cocktails. My wife was ecstatic about the jumbo shrimp and baked potato. I had the "tomahawk" ribeye. It was also excellent. Though if I had it to do over again I would've gotten the baked potato instead of the garlic fries. Nice place, not... More

This place had the best steak in Cody hands down. The seating area is a little small but the food makes up for it.

Had the steak sandwich dinner very good but the best part was they had mac and cheese side with lobster. So, So, Yummy. Cooked to perfection and not cheap cheese but good creamy cheese. I wish I had ordered a huge bowl for dinner. Fun atmosphere, friendly help, and reasonably price beer. Steak was cooked just the way I like... More
