I had never had Mochi and no idea what to expect. This place was recommended to us. It was crowded and many ppl had pre-ordered what they wanted. We visited right before closing so the choices were limited. I decided I'm not a mochi fan,...More

Great gift for clients. Never disappointed with the variety of kochi. Get there early or call in an order. Line is long and can run out of your favorite selections. Great gift to give when traveling or for business clients.

Renowned throughout the state, this hole-in-the-wall mochi factory produces desserts that are often taken to the other islands or out-of-state (if you plan on the latter, make sure your mochi are not fruit-filled as they will be confiscated). Be ready for long lines and bring...More

Love all their unique flavors of mochi! There’s always a line so make sure to go early for best selection or better yet call ahead to make an order

This is the finest mochi and manju available in Hilo! Each piece is handcrafted in beauty and most delectable in taste. This establishment is very popular with locals and tourists, and their products are often purchased as gifts. Very delicious = oishii!!!

This mochi spot though remember, cash only. We weren’t sure what we liked but realized quickly we prefer fruit filled ones. And the strawberry shortcake is a must-have. Very small but extremely friendly. Drove from Kona just for this place.

O don’t think they ship anywhere, probably they don’t even deliver within Hilo. It’s a local place, they only accept cash and you need to wait while your order is prepared (cooked). Someone there will need to ask them but I... More

You will have to call them. Mochi needs to be fresh so not sure it’s a viable idea.

I have Celiac so I was sure to ask. All but 1 or 2 were gluten free (those had cake inside). There were great about knowing which ones were, as many flavors change daily.
