Nothing special in decor etc, but certainly good burgers. Well worth a visit. There isn't too much selection, but there doesn't need to be. Just get a burger & a beer and sit outside and enjoy.

Village Burger is located in a shopping mall food court - so not a place to go to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. But on the bright side, the hamburgers are delicious. There are 3-4 hamburgers to choose from and then you add all the sides that you want to customize your hamburger. There are also sides including Hawaiian chips.... More

We had just visited the Parker Ranch, and I had a craving for beef. I have never had a better hamburger. I've never tasted beef like this. My husband concurred. The fries were good as well.

I had Village Burger on the 'must eat' map of Hawaii that I made for our visit, so we decided to make that our lunch stop on the way to see the Volcano National Park. Despite my GPS trying to steer us wrong, we found it in a little strip mall. I ordered the Wagyu beef burger with bacon and... More

I will purposely take the longer route to get to Kona or back home to Hilo so I can stop by here. Their mouthwatering, grass fed beef is unlike any other. They team up with local farmers to get the freshest ingredients available! It's a must try! Don't forget the truffle or Parmesan fries!!!!

While exploring the Big Island of Hawaii - this is a great stop! The drive there and back from the Kona area provides beautiful vistas. We sat in a food court (the weather was chilly) and had a great time enjoying each-others' company and a great easy meal.

I don't usually eat burgers and fries, but I could not resist the Waygu beef burger. It was prepared on a home-baked bun, with local tomatoe, onion, and Waimea lettuce. The fries, double-fried, were not greasy. I was only going to eat a few, but ended up eating the whole basket. I don't usually eat this way because I get... More

I do appreciate grass fed- local businesses- the patty was good size but not that flavorful. everything seemed to cost extra. buns weren't homemade or anything that special. 3 of us got the normal burger- split 1 fry and split 1 chocolate milk shake and it was 41.00- would I go back? maybe- not the highlight of the trip. not... Have you ever taken a first bite of a hamburger and gotten goosebumps? Well, here you do. It must be a combination of very fresh ingredients (Hawaiian veggies, bread and beef) and skill. It's the best burger we've ever had. We came to the city for a little medical attention while on vacation. The Longs' Drug Pharmacy Manager suggested that... More

So glad we stopped here for lunch. They offer some different choices than your typical burger joint and it's all locally sourced. The burgers were very good and the fries were amazing. The downside is a lack of seating; we were able to score a table outside but there is more seating in the food court that's adjacent to the... More
