Really enjoyed having lunch here. The sandwiches are huge and very tasty. Also tried one of the Monday specials, which was spaghetti and it was delicious. It was a nice day to sit outdoors and have a nice lunch. Would recommend coming here.

Often the best way to judge a place is by the number of locals....here they are abundant, and lined up out the door! After a long hike in the park with Epic Lava we made our way here for some delicious breakfast. I ordered the bento bowl with Portuguese sausage which definitely hit the spot. Very reasonably priced, I had... More

If you visit Volcanoes National Park on the big island do yourself a favor and go to the Eagles Lighthouse Cafe for something to eat. When you exit the park turn right and then turn left on Haunani road. Several streets down you will see a small store on the left and the Eagles Lighthouse Cafe is around the side.... More

We had breakfast there every single day we stayed in the Island. Excellent Bagels, coffee and hot chocolate. They were very nice with our boys. Every day they played on tv what the kids requested (Rocky Movies!!). Last day they gave us the most delicious homemade cookies and hawaiian sweets for the trip. Thank you VERY VERY MUCH!!

Great little place in Volcano. I had the chili and bread bowl, husband had the special of the day. Both were good portions and fairly priced. Will go back on our next visit!

They were understaffed when we came through so once you wait twenty minutes to get your order in expectations can sometimes be higher. Sandwiches were good, nothing special.

Ate here on a trip through the area. The food was excellent. I would definitely eat here again. It's a small place, you'll eat outside, the menu is decent but not large. I suggest the heartwarming chili in the sourdough bread bowl. I had a nibble of someone's fried chicken - delicious! And the bean salad is to die for!

We bought some lunch 'to go' and all the food was very good. Big sandwiches, big enough to share, made to order at a reasonable price. Very friendly people. We'd recommend this place.

I had breakfast here. The breakfast menu was quite good and is great value. There are picnic bench style tables outside under cover, so it's convenient for a traveler. The staff are friendly. There were loads of locals in the store ordering their breakfast/coffee, including the local park rangers/employees, so for me, that was a passive endorsement in it's self.... More
