We stopped by here in the morning before heading to the Volcano National Park. Adorable little cafe. My sister and I had the chili in bread bowls, the guys had the monster sandwich- tons of meat. We ate outside and the chili did its part to warm us up. The food was good, and filling. We would definitely go back.... More

This place was not even mentioned a close by place to eat on our lodge's suggestions. We are so glad we found it! The food and baked goods are homemade, generous and you can get breakfast there. We would go get breakfast, order our lunch to take with us for picnics in the Park and be set for the day.... More

Breafast Rice Bowl was just what we were looking for as we are eating gluten free. Brown rice topped with scrambled eggs and choice of two meats and all for $5.25. Excellent service.

Really enjoyed having lunch here. The sandwiches are huge and very tasty. Also tried one of the Monday specials, which was spaghetti and it was delicious. It was a nice day to sit outdoors and have a nice lunch. Would recommend coming here.

Often the best way to judge a place is by the number of locals....here they are abundant, and lined up out the door! After a long hike in the park with Epic Lava we made our way here for some delicious breakfast. I ordered the bento bowl with Portuguese sausage which definitely hit the spot. Very reasonably priced, I had... More

If you visit Volcanoes National Park on the big island do yourself a favor and go to the Eagles Lighthouse Cafe for something to eat. When you exit the park turn right and then turn left on Haunani road. Several streets down you will see a small store on the left and the Eagles Lighthouse Cafe is around the side.... More

We had breakfast there every single day we stayed in the Island. Excellent Bagels, coffee and hot chocolate. They were very nice with our boys. Every day they played on tv what the kids requested (Rocky Movies!!). Last day they gave us the most delicious homemade cookies and hawaiian sweets for the trip. Thank you VERY VERY MUCH!!

Great little place in Volcano. I had the chili and bread bowl, husband had the special of the day. Both were good portions and fairly priced. Will go back on our next visit!

They were understaffed when we came through so once you wait twenty minutes to get your order in expectations can sometimes be higher. Sandwiches were good, nothing special.
