The Mauna Lani area of the Big Island is great. Snorkeling is good. We have enjoyed many stays here.

Probably the most beautiful site for dinner on the west coast of Big Island Hawaii. Romantic, quiet and inviting. Add to that, excellent food, great service. Not cheep, but worth it. We will return.

Great food, great service coupled with a fantastic view and location. Probably one of the best restaurants on the Big Island. The Poke and Ahi were to die for. Highly recommend getting to this restaurant.

This is about a 40 minute drive from Kona-Kailua, but well worth the trip. Napua is located in an exclusive gated golfing community-- the Mauna Lani Beach Club. It is located on the beach in a cove looking across to the Island of Maui. The restaurant is very airy, with an interior bar and exterior restaurant seating largely on the... More

The view is lovely especially with the Tiki torches lit. Live music was a bonus. The waitress was exceptional. A feral cat begging for food tugged at my heart strings but I resisted. The food was OK: rib eye steak and Ono. The food section is limited.

I think I Like Napua for lunch more than dinner. That being said, it is a beautiful spot to spend the evening and dessert was delicious.

A small intimate dining room on a private club with a great view of an ocean cove. You can watch the sunset while listening to an acoustic guitar playing in the background. The private gate opens at 5:30pm allowing you the same access as resort customers and golf club members. You can expect to see well-dressed folks sporting yacht and... More

This is a lovely small restaurant situated on a sandy beach, a perfect spot to watch the sun go down and enjoy a delicious meal. Most of the food is locally grown The fish are fresh and deliciously prepared. prices were reasonable. Service was good and the bartender gave excellent wine recommendations.

This micro restaurant - part of the private Mauna Lani Beach Club - offers excellent food and speedy service just above the shore. The Asian-inspired calamari "steak" appetizer is the best we've had on the Big Island. Our grilled swordfish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The bun, however, was a bit bulky for the size of the sandwich. So, we... More
