We had read the negative reviews but thought how bad could it be? Actually awful. The service was ok and food came out quickly however it was the most tasteless food (except for the fish taco) we have ever eaten and horribly overpriced. Don't waste your time going here

Portions are enormous and not very good (at least, not for this Texan). The exception was the table side guacamole, which was delicious. There are feral cats that will sit around by your chair and wait for food to fall. This was not helped by other nearby diners who were hand feeding the cats their dinner! My mom and son... More

The food was overpriced and not very good. Feral cats roaming the eating area was annoying, but it is a problem throughout the Waikoloa area.

The Boat Landing Cantina is nothing special, but it offers surprisingly good Mexican fast food. It's better than it needs to be, considering that it has a captive audience. Getting to the nearest Mexican restaurant from the Ocean Tower of the Hilton requires a ten minute walk to the lobby, after which you need to get your car or take... More

After a very long day of travel to Hawaii, we were exhausted and found the cantina to be just the thing for a bite to eat and some Mai Tais.

Having experienced Mexican food in Los Angeles and Arizona, it would be really hard to get a 4 or 5 review from me. The food was average for a Mexican establishment. The service was okay. We had the mushrooms tacos and a salad. If I was staying at the resort again, I'd probably have a lunch here.

Not a lot of choice at the Hilton. Food is OK, but pricey for what you get. Tried the Ramen Burger as it sounded interesting but I don't think the combination really works. Otherwise mostly standard fare in terms of salads and burgers and fries.

This eatery place is located at the last stop of the boat ride in Hilton Waikoloa and is a good location for hotel guest/ visitor to enjoy pools' facility at Ocean tower before or after arriving by the boat

This is a mediocre attempt to provide Mexican food at the resort. Had the fish tacos and they were just OK, nothing special and pricey. Service was good and the setting on the 'moat'. Service was prompt and friendly. Feral cats in the restaurant was interesting touch...

This Hawaiian Cantina offers very good taco's and varied offering of Mexican food which was very good. Eating along the harbor side provides a very relaxing meal.
