Nice selection of pupus followed by excellent fish and good desserts. Expensive at $55, but not compared to a la carte. Excellent salad and good wine selection. As usual I found the wine they were out of. Dinner, wine and tip will push $200.

The view here is beautiful but the food isn't that spectacular. We shared the Mac nut crusted calamari as an appetizer and it was chewy and the coating was too crunchy. I had crab and lobster cake appetizer as my entree and it also had too crunchy of a coating. My husband had the bouillabaisse and it was pretty good.... More

It's Roy's so it's pricey. Had the filet with Dynamite shrimp, pork pot stickers, mushroom soup and the molten lava cake with coffee. No alcohol. With a 20% tip that meal came to 120 bucks. Food is good, coffee was great and desert was AWESOME. Wait staff is nice and it's a short walk from the Hilton Waikoloa Village and... More

Roy's is consistently one of the best wherever you travel and Roy's Waikoloa is always one of our absolute favorite stops, we've always had a good meal there with family and friends. It's the ambiance, the wait staff attentive to your needs and the food is prepared to your liking. Order their signature dessert, the Chocolate Souffle in advance to... More

Whenever I go to a restaurant, which charges top dollar, I expect an over-the-top experience, in terms of the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service. For those, who wish to try Roy's, the only thing that will be over the top will be the prices. The service is certainly good, but it is compromised by the fact... More

They have totally remodeled... we live one the island so we wanted to check it out. It took them nearly a year so we thought we would give a try after several experiences we had dubbed the place "Roy's Noise" because the place was so noisy (due to poor sound insulation, no separated areas, and lots of LARGE parties including... We stopped in to catch Sunday Night Football and dinner, and ate at the bar. Great service by the bartenders, with good recommendations on what menu items really stood out. Terrific service, and the aloha hour specials are fantastic

I have visited Roy's in Hawaii, Maui, Oahu and Las Vegas and none have ever disappointed me. The food is always top notch and the service is always prompt and courteous. The selections are always a bit unique. A lot of the dishes are spicy but the spices are never overbearing.

Visited here 3 years ago and enjoyed it very much so decided to return. Mad a reservation through open table which worked well. Were seated guickly and our server was very good and attentive. Since I took a photo of an advertisement of theirs in one of the tourist mags we each got a free chocolate soufflé for desert.
