Felt like paradise dining in a waterside hut with beautiful torches all around, koi fish swimming by and a fabulous menu. We had the fillet mignon and it was delicious! Service was great as well.

Great meal and even more beautiful setting right on the pool of water with tiki torches and koi fish in the pond. Expensive but worth it. On par with Red Salt as 2 best restaurants in poipu region.

Our favorite restaurant at the Hyatt. The dry aged local ribeye was fantastic. Started with the octopus appetizer that was very tasty. She had the prime rib and loved it. Service was excellent, great decor and loved the koi ponds. Can’t wait to come back.
