Location and contact

Our warm, refreshing trade winds enhance your Lani dining experience as you take in the breathtaking views of Mount Makana. Makana means “gift,” and it is this consideration that inspires a menu that has a story. Our “Aloha” service will leave you feeling like “Ohana.” Overlooking magical Hanalei Bay and Makana Mountain (Bali Hai), our main dining room is the perfect venue for sophisticated casual dining. Makana Terrace’s menus showcase the freshest Hawaiian-grown produce flawlessly represented in the dishes prepared by our culinary team. The sunset from our outdoor seating area overlooking Hanalei Bay is not to be missed.

Stopped to get breakfast as we were staying in Princeville. Had the breakfast buffet. Pretty pricey for the quality. The view is definately what you pay for!

Excellent spot for breakfast - possibly the best view I have had for a meal. Service was impeccable, portions were large, and the price was comparable to many lesser places we ate during our trip.

Staying at the resort, came down for breakfast. It’s pricey, but you’re paying for the view, which is incredible. The morning sun lights up the bay and mountains. Staff was super friendly, the food and coffee were good.

The view at sunset if amazing. The service was appropriate and timely but seemed somewhat disinterested. The air-conditioning made me wish I had a sweater. The servings were small. The seafood could have been fresher and had more flavor. The wine was marked up more...More

The terrace ambiance was wonderful; unfortunately the food did not match. The food was average at best - made worse by the relatively high price tag. We had dinner at the grill a few nights later and the quality of the food was much better....More
