Wonderful drinks while watching the sunset! We didn't eat but had a few drinks and the wasabi snack. The prime seats get filled up so go atleast 30 minutes before sunset.

We went for cocktails and appetizers at sunset and weren't disappointed. The view is spectacular and the food was tasty. Be prepared for the prices but worth it as a special splurge.

To be honest, I don't know if escargot was on the menu since I wasn't looking for it. I do know that apple snails are causing a lot of problems in the local taro fields. Perhaps you could contact the family that grows taro... More

Not french, but the Executive Chef is Jean-Georges Vongerichten! So, I could understand why the OP asked this question. It's outstanding! Enjoy!
