We tasted the poke bowl and the seafood chowder here. Really liked it. The place also has nice seating.

Went to Eskimo Candy after seeking recommendations on fresh fish from locals a few years ago. They sell fresh catch from one counter and prepared food from another. There's not a lot of seating (it's inside and outside) and parking can be challenging, but it's worth it. Great service. Really nice food, from the glorious poke bowls (multiple kinds, generous... We were so happy to have discovered this place! It was so good we came back a second day while on our honeymoon. Small restaurant with some outside seating. Poke was to die for!!

Really great food. Had the Opakapaka fish and chips, wife had fish tacos. Casual atmoshphere, friendly staff, and fresh seafood daily.

We usally eat here once or twice every Maui trip. It seems the food quality is starting to decline and the prices continue to escalate. The fish and chips were good but very expensive. The same can be said for the seafood chowder and fish plates. Given the Paia Fish Market is now open near by with better prices, service,... More

Eskimo Candy is an excellent choice for seafood. The building is not impressive but that is not why we eat there. Let me sit this up for you: you walk into a small cinder block building to 3 tables with tall chairs, a few chairs at a bar, a freezer with seafood, a cooler containing poke and such (mmmmmmmmmmm)and a... We saw a truck with Eskimo candy logo and it caught our attention. We went for dinner and had fish and chips, coconut shrimp and crab cakes. All fantastic and would visit again in heartbeat.

We stopped by this joint to grab some lunch to go. It's really cool inside, very casual and fun ocean and pirate themed decor. We ordered to-go: fish and chips, and beef short ribs. Our meal was ready fairly quickly and we were able to get back on the road. When we sat to eat not long after we enjoyed... More

My husband and I make it a point to come here at least twice every time we're in Maui, when we first arrive and right before we leave. The freshest fish, reasonable prices, and friendly service. Best poke bowl I ever had! Two thumbs up!
