We were in the area and needed breakfast. We ended up here after the place down the street had a 40 minute wait. I enjoyed my coffee and breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, ham and herb aoli on a sesame bun. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. The service was friendly.

This is always a stop during our vacation to Maui!!! We always stop for breakfast on our way to the summit of the Haleakala. It's not very expensive and it's owned by a husband and wife. The portugese sausage is awesome...make sure to stop in before your hike to the top!

My hubby & father did the bike ride from the summit of Haleakala down to Pa'ia. We decided to stop here for a break & some hot food. The food is good, but the real shinning star is the 100% Kona coffee. Ah, you just don't get stuff like that on the coast. That cup came out with a full... More

The best thing about this restaurant are the panoramic vistas and its location for visitors to Haleakala crater. The food is very basic and not expensive. Ample parking is available and rental cabins are also located on the property.

Stopped for lunch and had a pork sandwich, a hamburger, a grilled cheese, and a coffee. The sandwiches were okay, bland and small but not gross. They were served with potato chips and a pile of dry cabbage with a "French dressing" that tasted like tomato juice and oil without vinegar or seasonings. There were no high chairs for kids.... We were biking down Haleakala, as many do, and were recommended this place by guide before we headed down. They a good selection and their steak sandwich awesome. Nothing fancy, but good food!

This looked like just a little place on the side of the road, on the way up to the Haleakala Crater. It was excellent! The staff was super friendly, the breakfast tasted homemade, and the portions were perfect. We had the Eggs Benedict, and the Ham and Cheddar Omelette. Both were fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Stopped in this restaurant for dinner after visiting Haleakala. We were seated but never waited or acknowledged that we were there even tho' service staff walked by our table 4or 5 times. After 15 minutes we got up and left. My advice would be to continue into Kahului. There are many restaurants there that are happy to wait on you.

Wonderful food and lovely people. Kula Sandalwoods Restaurant was a great stop after going to the crater. We drove but there were cyclists there as well.
