We have been coming to Maui every year for the past decade+. We always stop at Java Jazz for at least a couple of meals. The food is excellently prepared- flavorful and in large portions which we always end up taking leftovers back to our timeshare. The ambience would be called "funky". It is a small, intimate space with wonderful... More

Apparently they have a sign posted outside that sex sells but unfortunately they sell coffee. I walked in and asked for the unfortunate stuff. Orderd the Eggs Benedict and it was quite tasty especially the hollandaise sauce. I loved the espresso as it was not burnt.

We stumbled into Java Jazz one day for lunch/breakfast and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. The food was standard US fare but large helpings and a varied menu made us go back three more times in the course of the week. The bagels and lox, for example, had more lox, cream cheese and capers than I've ever had... More

Six adults went to java Jazz for dinner, drinks and jazz. We had great coconut shrimp, spinach salad, greek salad, Chinese chicken salad, spaghetti and meatballs and ahi. The menu has something for everyone. The food was great, and the server was very friendly. The Jazz music was fantastic. It is a funky place. We sat by the entrance, away... More

Husband and I enjoyed our breakfast and plan to return again before we head back to the mainland. Hubs had the breakfast special (huge pancake, scrambled egg, & bacon) and said it was "good." I had the Huevos Rancheros and they were perfect. The owner and waiter were friendly and seemed happy to be of service.

We stopped for coffee and had the pleasure of meeting Farzad. He was very welcoming and offered my two teenage kids some great advice that I know they will never forget. The coffee drinks were awesome as well. A must stop!!!

The food is great, but the real reason to dine here is to experience a cozy, vibrant atmosphere that locals and visitors alike absolutely love. Staff are friendly and the food is delicious. Huge pancakes and great fish and chips.

Funky place with crazy eclectic decor. Good service, great coffee. Live entertainment nightly. Food includes burgers and the like. Crazy decor. We had coffee on multiple days and a good sandwich one evening while listening to a really good singer in the mold of Jim Croce.

Our condo mates raved about this place the whole week plus we were with them. On their last day we decided to do breakfast at Soup Nutz & Java Jazz, or Java Jazz as they called it. Funky vibe right in the door with wall to wall stuff, from posters to Polaroids, all with a tv loop of patriotic, pet... More

Had a nice late breakfast here. I had the late bird, same as early bird but $2 more. Giant pancake with bacon and scrambled egg. Wife had a frittata. No complaints with either. Reasonably priced, good service. The guy, I suspect was the owner never stopped. Knew the obvious return customers orders before they sat. Lots of cool items hanging... More
