My wife and I had breakfast at Honey's while waiting for our golf tee-time at Ko'olau Golf Course. I had an omelet and my wife had pancakes. The service was excellent and the food was hot and tasty. After golf, we had lunch at Honey's. My wife and I shared a club sandwich and onion rings. The service was excellent... More

We were ordered/invited/told/asked to be here for our Ohana's orchestra's rendition. It was not a mistake! My Cuzz and his duo were AB FAB! Nothing more to say!

Honey's at Koolau Golf Course was a rich surprise for our wedding party of 10! Service was excellent and the second time we went the power went out but our waitress was so accommodating and just as she was about to take out order the power came back on. One of our wedding guest said the teriyaki steak was the... More

Good food you can find at multiple restaurants anywhere, but how many have fantastic mountain views? I'm not talking distant views. I'm talking about looking right up at the Pali. Many people visit the Pali Lookout overlooking Kaneohe, but not many know there's a golf course cafe at the bottom of the cliff placing you on the edge of the... More

We took some out of town friends to "Honey's" for lunch. We all enjoyed our lunch and the time spent in such a pretty place.

Have eaten here numerous times for breakfast or lunch over the past 15 years. Food is average-to-good. Service is good. Located on the grounds of the Ko'Olau Golf Club, there are spectacular views, making this a worth-going-to spot for breakfast or lunch.

The Mrs and I ate here before a round of golf. The service was great. We shared the French Toast and the Scrambled Eggs with Bacon. The French Toast was excellent. The Scrambled Eggs and Bacon were good also. Lots of Bacon. The Eggs came with potatoes. The potatoes were on the plain side which the Mrs liked. We will... More

Our "local" friends brought us here for lunch and we are glad they did! The food was great. The prime rib French dip was delicious and the mountain views were spectacular! We were seated on the open air veranda to take it all in! Our table overlooked a coy pond which made it even better! Server was very friendly and... More

Just had lunch here with friends on Saturday. It was a bit of a rainy day and we were practically the only people in the restaurant. No tour groups scheduled for this day. We sat at the table right by the windows/doors to the open patio with great views to the mountains. Since it was drizzly weather and windy, we... More

Ordered the "Fresh Catch of the Day" and trust me! It was not fresh. The music and hula was first class. The scenery was just awesome. Just don't order fish!

Description
Honey's Restaurant in Kaneohe, Hawaii is named after legendary Don Ho's mother Emily "Honey" Ho. Once called Honey's Bar and Honey's Café, it was a local favorite and landmark on the windward side of the island of Oahu in the 1940s until the 1970s. Incepted by Don Ho's parents Jimmy and Honey Ho in 1939, this nostalgic, intimate, casual, elegant restaurant continues to be a favorite eatery for locals and visitors alike with local, home-grown Hawaiian music like the ol' times. As Honey did, we too are excited to share the passion and love of Hawaiian music and Pacific Asian-Fusion, local-style foods with the local community and our visitors abroad! We welcome everyone!
