This cafe/farm/retreat is definitely off the beaten track but with our GPS, we had no trouble in getting there. It is certainly worth a visit just to experience the somewhat hippie vibe to the place and is very popular as was indicated by the large number of people who were there. For lunch, I chose the soup and salad combo... More

Best meal I've had in my 56 years on this planet! You should check out their website. One of the most unique ways to run a business that I've ever seen!

They grow their own herbs and spices. All the entrees are made to order. Plan on a leisurely unhurried meal. We tried many entrees but couldn't decide which stood out because they were all wonderful.

We had a beautiful meal. We sat outside and the smell of night jasmine was marvelous. The owner took a minute and visited with us. It seems like your going down the wrong road to get there but you you will get there. Worth the drive.

A local told us about this place and we are glad she did. It is off the main path, but it is in a beautiful setting. The service was extremely friendly and the Ahi Tuna was among the best we've ever had.

A friend who teaches her annual workshop here (it's also a retreat center!) told me about it and I added it to my list of places to visit during my vacation on Oahu. Her recommendation was spot on! My Hawaiian hosts and I drove there for lunch and enjoyed a delicious and very very fresh lunch. Casual dining, they had... More

My favorite part of travel is discovering "off the beaten path" places & people. This was definitely one of those! The food was uniquely flavored, combinations were fantastic and portions plentiful! Although I initially went for lunch, I returned for dinner before leaving the islands. Warning: check out their website & driving directions. .. it's a bit tricky to find.

This restaurant has one of the nicer atmospheres in the area. Their menu is on a chalkboard and changes regularly. The ingredients they use come from the on premis farm. A great place in the area to go for a special occasion. They don't serve alcohol, but you can bring your own :)

Food was really tasty and homely. Vegetarian is a better option as while they offer meat with the meals it is very little. The goats cheese starter is amazing and well worth having. Non alcoholic place. I was told breakfast is amazing there by friends but only had dinner myself.

The dining room is pretty basic but there is the screened in porch that overlooks the garden that was quite pleasant. If it hadn't been raining would have loved to of eaten out in the garden. There are so many options for both vegetarians and people who enjoy meat/fish. We had the macadamia nut pesto which was quite tasty and... More
