We had the most amazing night at Atelier Crenn - theater and drama on the palate. This restaurant deserves it's 3rd star if only for the brioche, which is the most sublime piece of bread to have ever touched my mouth, I almost cried it...More

This was really amazing. 20 courses, served as a poem. All made with a lot of flavor and taste, using top quality ingredients like wagyu,... The wine pairing ( 175 $) was really good, even had a wine based on albino (red) grapes, very rare....More

Went to celebrate anniversary and surprisingly no special anniversary dessert which didn't seem consistent as some of their past guests that received a special dessert. The meals / courses were interesting and creative but a bit too exotic for us. I wasn't upset about small...More

11.2017 Arzak & Atelier Crenn within 6 months has made it a perfect year. In respect to A.C. by far the best meal of 2017. Which stands with incredible company Benu, El Cellar de Can Roca, Akelarre, Arzak & Clos Maggiore in London. Easily to...More

We’ve been lucky enough to eat at great Michelin star restaurants around the world and this one was worth the time and money to experience it. A chance to enjoy Dominique Crenn’s creations is not to be missed.

It was worth the price. We don't usually dine at these crazy expensive places but we saved up and went. It was an amazing visual experience as well as tasteful! Service was 100% , food was perfect and the small living room dinning area with...More

I would term this restaurant more of a culinary experience than I would a mere restaurant. There is no menu, rather a poem that hints at the experiences to come. The server then explains the dish and how it is best enjoyed. The wine pairings...More

This is not your average high end restaurant. The food will not be to everyone's liking as much of it is avant-garde, "molecular cuisine about which I have mixed feelings. It is closer to Alinea than to The French Laundry. The menu is fascinating and...More

This is a 5 star restaurant not like any other. A very small dining room with only 8 tables with staff to meet every need and expectation. The dishes were all like art installations. Looking at a dish, you would have no clue what it...More

Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful
backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to
the Marina. Originally the location for the
Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose
remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much
of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a
world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a
jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.

We had a wonderful German Riesling ( I don't usually like Rieslings), a wide variety of reds, as well as a fantastic sake!

Thanks- we didn't get food we liked, or expected, and it just kept coming...all the same. Other people say wonderful, we had a totally unpleasant experience.
