This is a specific fresh sea food restaurant, elegant, with nice view to the port. The service was very good; we have choosen: spaghetti with sea food, lovster, tiramisu. We recommend to start the meal with a cup of soup.

I'm sorry I don't know either. I agree with the other's the corking fee would probably be for bringing your own wine. I've been there many times and have not noticed anyone bringing their own wine.
