Stopped in here late November with a client for a simple hearty meal. Nothing other than a Clam Chowder in a Sourdough Bread Bowl. They did not disappoint. The Bistro is located above the Boudin Bakery and centrally located in the middle of Fisherman's Wharf, on the edge of the parking lot.

We went there twice, that says it all. The first time we had the Clam Chowder in the bread bowl and a Crab Mac and Cheese. The food was great and the service awesome. The second time we had pizzas and they were also awesome. The restaurant is large, busy and vibey. A friend recommended to us that we go... More

We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast two days in a row and were able to get some of that fantastic sourdough to bring home along with their delicious clam chowder. Must go!

Have been here a few times since the early 2000 year. The chili is always awesome and so good. My friend said the claim chowder was also great.

There on a busy Saturday afternoon. Huge space so only a short wait. The service was excellent. Seated by a window so nice view. My wife had shrimp and it was very good. My meal was disappointing. Both had clam chowder.....Mehr! A little pricey for what we got in my opinion.

Good soup and sandwiches. However, restaurant is very very small, very difficult to find a place to sit. You order your food and then you keep looking around for a table to sit. If you are lucky you will find one, or you have to wait beside a table until the people finish their food then you sit. While eating... More

We bought a full loaf of cheese garlic bread, to eat in place of a sandwich. Big mistake. It was hard and impossible to pull into pieces. I hear Acme Sourdough is better.

We stopped in for lunch and waited about 10 minutes for a table. We got seated and ordered oysters and bread bowls with chowder. The oysters were served on a bed of crushed ice with cocktail sauce with a generous serving of horseradish and some kind of vinaigrette as well. The oysters were very fresh and delicious. The bread bowls... More
