We were waiting like 1:30 hours for our food... it never happened. Awful service. We had to been looking for service all time and finally we had to leave the place without food, hungry and angry as well. Never recommend it.

The Pier 23 Cafe does have a Happy Hour. It's Monday - Thursday, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Clam Chowder for one! I had asked that and I will say it is awesome!!! I saw a lot of people with Fish Tacos and crab cakes. Hope that helps!
