It was wonderful to sit outside and watch the people go by while having the lunch special. Our server was joyful too! The crab sandwich and clam chowder were fantastic. The Caesar salad had fresh ingredients as well, loved the large cheese shavings. This is a great stop near the wharf...and there's a Ben and Jerry's right across the street.... More

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and the place was heaving. Server was over familiar which was a bit off-putting. We ordered pizza, salad, seafood platter. The pizza was thin, crispy with plentiful topping. Would recommend for the food but not necessarily for the style of service.

Took our HS choir (60+) to dinner. Great food ( I had the fettuccini). Quick service, great food, convenient location. Paul, the owner, made our meal. Great stories. It is a 5 generation restaurant. Please go for authentic food and to preserve the heritage. Tell Paul the HS choir from Florida said hello

Really nice restaurant right on the water. Atmosphere was great. Loads of history here. Very sweet waiter Rob. The owner even stopped by for a chat. Appetizers were tasty. I had the crab caesar salad....excellent! Table mates all raved about their meals. Will definitely eat here again on our next visit to SF.

The restaurant looked cute and the bright fun colors were awesome. We just wanted some munch food before grabbing dessert. The service wasn't great as our waiter was a little rude and we had to beg for refills. The food was seafood but not necessarily fresh and was super greasy. Prices were on par with what the other seafood places... More

While on business, we strolled the Wharf to find a decent sea food restaurant at a decent price range. We found Capurro's. At first we though it was a dive, but later enjoyed the tacky, whimsical decor inside. They had all kinds of old fishermen's gear from nets, to diver's helmets. The place is bustling almost like a market, but... More

It used to be that you could never go wrong with any choice of the menu, everything USED to be GREAT! The owner Paul used to walked around from table to table making sure everything was good. Until management changed! The sons of a legacy took over, they remodel the place. Which did not need to and changed the menu... More

Nice atmosphere and food was ok. We had the calamari, a pasta dish and the clams/mussels/shrimp in the fish broth. The pasta and calamari were ok and the fish broth dish was tasty. The calamari could have used some dipping sauce. Overall it was ok food and the server was friendly and fast.
