The food was good and priced well. The staff was reluctant to help you though. I asked one waitress for sour cream and she lied and said they didn't have any. When I saw someone else get sour cream I asked a different waitress and she brought me some. All in all it was a good meal.

Stopped here on our way out of town. We each had one of their many options for breakfast tacos. Tacos were great! The folks who were running the place were very friendly and seemed to be engaged with the community they serve. We were treated has if we were regulars!

Chinto's has some of the best tacos in town. The service is usually quick and always friendly, and the food is wonderful.

Food was very good, but restaurant definitely needed a good cleaning. Right off Veteran's Boulevard, but kind of out-of-the way.

You have to know the address to find this place - off the beaten path - worth looking for! A Ma and Pa place run by a family who knows how to work together to make great, authentic food. I went to the counter and said I had never eaten there and what would they recommend. A very nice man... More

My wife and I travel to Del Rio from Houston several times a year for business. She was raised on the border (Laredo) and is Mexican. She is pretty picky when it comes down to eating out for her native cuisine. Chinto's came up on her radar screen searching for a place for breakfast one morning and from that day... More

While house hunting, we stopped here for a morning bite to eat. I was suspicious because we've had some horrible Mexican food in the past; however, when we pulled up, it was packed with locals. I mean, tourism isn't high in DR. Look for the cars and choose those eateries. The breakfast tacos were so good. I mean, really really... More

The menu is limited and you order at the counter. The quality is very good and the portions generous. Some difficulty can be expected if you are not bi-lingual. It's worth the effort.

This is my favorite place to get breakfast taco most of the time. It seems to be a favorite for Del Rio too especially weekend mornings. I generally call in my order to pick it up. They have so many different choices and each taco is huge and stuffed to the max with yumminess. I really like their Super taco,... More
