The owners are wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent--the best in town! (But I love Italian food).

Good atmosphere, cozy, friendly staff, with good recommendations. Topped off a visit to Bayfield and lake Superior. Food: I had a pasta with a pesto and my husband had the white fish. Both expertly prepared and served. looking forward to returning.

My husband and I went here on a Friday night close to the end of their season. I called ahead and got "priority seating" and I'm glad I did or we would not have gotten a table. I had the mushroom pesto linguine and my husband had the lobster ravioli. Both dishes were delicious. Friendly owners who were very attentive.... More

We visited Ethel's during apple fest so it was very busy, but we are glad we waited. the servers were extremely busy, but we never felt neglected. The food was VERY good, with some of the best pasta I've ever had.

Ethel's is a must-stop every time were in Bayfield! Every pizza we've tried has been awesome and my wife enjoys the pasta... Particularly the lobster ravioli. Delicious! But even better than the food is the company and atmosphere. The owners are so personable and all the staff (shout out to Bailey!) are wonderful! Highly, highly recommend for all types of... More

Reasonable prices and excellent food. We really enjoyed our meal after a week of camping. I had chicken with wild rice and pasta. My son and grandson had the Black Angus burger. They thought it one of the best ever. They reportedly have fresh white fish in season.

Ate dinner at Ethel's tonight and ordered the wild Mushroom Pesto Pasta. It was amazing. The hostess when we walked in was friendly and not anxious like last nights review. Loved the atmosphere. On a side note - a little fresh Parmesan and crusty garlic bread would have went perfect with my pasta. I would definitely go back again. Service... More

We visited here on Wednesday which is pesto night. Each night has a special and when they run out, it's out! The pesto chicken mushroom pasta was amazing. Amazing!! My husband has a fish sandwich that was good. We also had bruschetta what was okay. It didn't have any balsamic, just tomatoes and cheese and felt it needed a bit... More

Our family of four arrived for a very early dinner without a reservation on a Saturday night. Although the restaurant was almost empty, the hostess hemmed and hawed about where to seat us and nervously kept looking around the restaurant. She seated us at a table by the door. To be fair, it appears that the restaurant is very popular... More
