This is a nice place to stop in for dinner. I ordered the 8" Cheesesteak and it was well prepared and delicious. I would recommend to order the side salad for an extra $3.00 with the Honey Sesame Dressing. My wife thought the Beef Pho was tasteless so don't order this. Also, do NOT order the Epic Los Locos Mexican Lager. The server told me it was similar to Corona. No way. Tasted like someone spilled a tablespoon of salt into it. I could not even finish it. I then tried the American Lager Kiitos and it was a delicious lager. Highly recommend. Overall a good dining experience.

After hiking the Arches we needed a meal. My hive Googled Vegan and found 98 Center ( which is also their address) just a block off the main drive through Moab. They are not offering indoor dining at this point. So we ordered a couple salads to take back to our hotel. The bang mi salad $14 was probably the best salad we have Ever had. In fact we went back the next night and got another one. It is local greens cost in citrus Ginger oil topped with cucumbers, avocado, pickled daikon and carrots, red onion, cilantro, tomatoes, toasted almonds, tamari roasted sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, dried cranberries. You’ve got a crunchy something in every bite! If you’re looking for an amazing salad and this is the place!

We stumbled upon this restaurant last night with them closing in 4 minutes. They were nice enough to seat us and the meal was amazing. Our server Page was clearly staying later because of us but she was so sweet and hospitable you would never know. The food was delicious and outside seating beautiful. Staff wore masks which was great.

We decided to try this place even though we were told several times by friends that it is not authentic Vietnamese food. First of all it is very expensive, so be prepared. The salad is a shocking $20 and a small cup of pho is $15. We dined in yet was brought our food in to go containers with a short apology, but they refused to fix it. Our Pho was only filled with about 1 cup of broth and it was slightly warm. We had several people at our table and they brought our pho condiments all in one small container. When I went in to get additional containers of condiments they refused and said everyone’s was together to save containers. I explained to the girl that we were given only a small amount and that one person had already put them in their soup thinking everyone was given one. She refused to provide us one unless we paid for it again. I tried explaining again, but she just cut me off and said that was how it was. I already gave her a $10 tip at check out to go along with my $80 bill, yet she still refused to not only let me speak, but also refused to provide me with the necessary condiments to make my pho taste like anything other than a bouillon cube. Needless to say we won’t be returning and next time will listen to our neighbors a little better.

We both ordered the pulled pork bánh mìs and upgraded to the side salad with black garlic dressing. The side salad was pretty simple, just mixed greens with watermelon radish and cherry tomatoes, but it was still really good. The sandwich was amazing. I added sriracha and it the spice went really well with the fat from the sandwich. I will say, however, don’t rely on the estimated time if you place a takeout order over the phone.

We could not have been more thrilled to find this great place with multiple vegan options, other than just the standard veggie burger. Us non-vegans had great options, too. Everything was very tasty and if you eat outside you will have a great mountain view! Even though they were short-staffed, everyone was super pleasant. We appreciated how they accurately told us how long the wait would be and texted when our table was ready. We were able to go souvenir shopping while we waited.

We were visiting the national parks in the area and went to this restaurant after reading the trip advisor review. The food was absolutely incredible the wait staff was wonderful and they have unique offerings that we actually went back a second time on our visit and tried different items which were absolutely incredible as well. Good selection of beer and really uniquely healthy entrées and sandwiches.

Great little find in Moab. We had a late lunch after hiking. A nice selection of beers and wines. The menu had several vegan options, as well as gluten free. The Vegan Pho had the perfect combo of broth, noodles, tofu and mushrooms. The fresh basil added good flavor as well. Would recommend this place.

We stopped here for lunch in early May 2021. The only available seating is outdoor (due to COVID) which was limited, so we had a short wait for a table. I don't have much experience with Asian fusion food so I played it safe with a chicken cheesesteak - I didn't have high expectations for a cheesesteak from an Asian place but it was surprisingly delicious! The rest of my party ordered pho dishes which they all really enjoyed. The cold brew coffee was also really good and it's worth going back for that alone.

A smallish place with a cool vibe, we had no problem with a table on a Saturday mid-afternoon. The pickled deviled eggs as an appetizer were uniquely awesome! Coulda had another plate! We both also enjoyed our Phos…a steak and a chicken shiitake. The only issue that surprised us was the timing of serving. Our cocktails had not even come out before the eggs, and we barely finished the eggs before the Pho was served.

We loved 98 Center so much we went back every day we stayed in town. For the most part, we did to-go orders, but we did one dinner in the patio area so that we could order drinks (you couldn't get alcohol with the to-go order at the time). The pork belly plate, noodle salad, and banh mi were our favorites, but overall, it's really hard to go wrong. (For those with a sweet tooth, I tried all the desserts, and the ginger molasses cookie was the winner for me.) The staff was friendly to boot!

This review is cross-referenced for 3 restaurants that we visited in August 2021 in Moab; Red Rock Bakery, 98 Center, and Sabaku Sushi (the latter two we later discovered are owned by the same person). We are from Houston, which is honestly one of the most competitive foodscapes in the nation; you can find the best of everything here in Houston, and so, subsequently, we feel that we have a pretty tough measuring stick when it comes to restaurants. In addition, I am a former chef for Williams-Sonoma and a national cooking contest winner; also, grew up in a family who owned several successful restaurants. Kind of hard to sneak a bad meal to me. These 3 spots in Moab were truly fantastic! Red Rock’s baked goods are totally delicious, from first bite to last. 98 Center’s pho was some of the best and freshest I have ever had, and Sabaku’s Sushi was, shockingly, in the top 3 sushi meals I have had (this includes a James Beard award-winning sushi restaurant). Apparently, as we were told by RachelAnne of Paddle Moab (our paddle boarding guide), Sabaku Sushi flies in their seafood daily. So in MOAB, UT, you can find excellent sushi, lol? Yes, really. I ordered the Poison Spider sushi and the seaweed salad, and both were simply out of this world. The fresh ginger and wasabi they serve alongside were a perfect accompaniment. If you find yourself in Moab, along with not missing Arches National Park, don’t miss Red Rock Bakery, 98 Center, and Sabaku Sushi.

Amazing! Thank you for letting us know about all your experiences, Karen! It's wonderful to hear how well our corner of Moab compares to the competitive cuisine of Houston. . Tourist towns are mostly full of slop & pseudo hip places to eat & drink, mediocre experiences at best, generally gross. Greasy. Forgettable. Not 98 Center! I loved this place: creative, fun, & delicious, an actual dining expERience to remember. Do order the pickled deviled eggs with Kim Chi & add some pulled pork. What a treat! Homemade Kim Chi YUM. Super mellow & caring vibe,

We did take-out of pho, the pork nachos and a bin mah sandwich. All were delicious! Pho was one of the best flavored I've had. The fusion nachos was different with unexpected ingredients but flavors melded well.

They need to expand their space already! Way too small for how popular they are. It took us two evening to get a table here, but it was worth the wait. The bahn mi vegan nachos and tofu bahn mi sandwiches were amazing. The kids noodles were a little plain, I thought it would include more than the tofu we ordered with it. My daughter loved it anyways. Our server was terrific. The host on the first night we were there was overwhelmed and snarky, but the host on the second night was friendly and did his job well. Expect long waits, or come at an off time. But it’s worth it for excellent tasty food.
