The wait was long when arrived around 7:00 pm. But we'd been hiking all day and we were craving mexican food. I'm happy to say the wait is worth it! The hostess was a little frazzled and had to move us to another table once we were seated, but other than that service was super friendly and fast. The drinks... More

We ate a very good dinner here after a long day hiking in Arches National Park. Very friendly and efficient service.

During our 5 days stay in Moab we had dinner 3 times at Miguel's Baja Grill. Yes, it's that good ! It can get very busy at times and they don't always take reservation if too many have been given already so walk-in and waiting is usually your best option. We have never waited longer than 15-20 minutes except on... More

Came here back in August. In tiny Moab, there was this gem of an eatery. We both come from Florida. You'd think Mexican food here would be super, but it is hit and miss and most is Tex-Mex. This is the real deal! Enjoy a luscious quesadilla for starters. Then, move to the Lamb Enchiladas with beans and rice. We... More

We stopped in at Miguel's after hiking at Arches. Even though it was a holiday weekend we were lucky enough to be seated right away. Chips and salsa were good and we ordered a side of guacamole to go with them. The portions were large - I ordered the chicken enchiladas with mole and had enough left over for lunch... More

Great place. Delicious mole. Good service and prices. Right on Mainstreet. For a quick and delicious lunch or dinner, the quesadilla food cart is the bomb also.

This restaurant was recommended to us by someone in the area for good Mexican. My first impression mad me nervous as the host's apron was cover with food, there was some sort of grime covering all the shelves and 'art', and then my menu was covered in food - but I reserved judgement for the food. We had a bean... More

Hello, We are disheartened to hear that your experience with us was not more of a positive one. Your feedback about our cleanliness is very concerning as this is the first it is being brought to our attention. We can assure you that our establishment is cleaned thoroughly every day as we need to maintain a certain standard for our... More

We had heard that the Seafood Mexican food here was the best in the Southwestern US, so we thought we wouldn't led try it out. I had the Moriscos A La Paz and it was delicious. Well prepared and served piping hot. My wife had something equally delicious. Our server, Collin took care of us like family and was a... More

Every time we come to Moab, we stop at Miguel's. They have the best fish tacos (try them deep fried). Add the pico de gallo, cabbage, and the white sauce, take a bite, and your on your way to heaven! Comes with a roasted jalapeño.... For desert: try the flan....OMG! Oh, and don't forget the margarita!!!

Stopped in here on the way back from Arches after a sunset trip on recommendation from our B+B hosts. I think we were lucky as we were seated straight away. The chips were really good and the salsa quite spicy, just moreish. I had the special - lobster enchiladas and my husband had a burrito. Large plates of good food,... More
