Go! Now! It is packed all the time, so try and get a reservation in advance. Not on open table anymore...call. On weekends, you often can't walk in for dinner; it's too busy. But the food is great. Service is great. Prices are reasonable. Jamon Iberico just like in Spain. If you like tapas, this is a must!

I've been three times now and each time was great. Nice wine list, great service and very good food. Peak times need a reservation. One of the best places in Asheville.

This is where food meats culture, meets fun eating. Save your money to spend here and try everything! Experiment with all the fine Spanish wines and tapas on the menu. Located in the heart of Downtown Asheville I took my Mom here and we both loved it. Don't leave Asheville without getting you palate pampered at the gold star of... More

This was our third time at Curate and had a good time as well. Even though we went early, the place is fairly full and so, glad to have made reservations. We were seated immediately and our waiter did a really good job. The eggplant is unique and superb ... something we ordered each time we come. The only downside... More

Everything we ordered, roughly 10 plates, was very nicely prepared. I was particularly fond of the squid pasta and sausage sandwich. I wish the would add some things to their menu. It seems to never change. We will be returning

Curate is just a solid, predictably excellent restaurant. We have complete confidence that every experience at Curate will be stellar. This visit was no exception. From the Patatas Bravas to the Brandada and everything in between, it was fabulous. We tried a new dish this time, it's a raw trout dish that is outstanding. Had a great Albariño. The service... Best Spanish restaurant I've been to this side of the Atlantic. I know my Spanish food, too. Service was great. Atmosphere perfect. My only regret was not getting a chance to compliment the owners/chefs. We can't wait to return to Asheville and try more of their tapa selection, maybe before our trip to Spain in the fall to visit my... More

Wow I couldn't tell you what we ate but the food was Amazing! Ok, the pasta with squid and squid ink were fantastic. I did realize I do like octopus, I've just never had it prepared properly until I ate at Curate. We had 11 plates shared with 4 people, the food was really really really good. Our waiter seemed... 2/14/2017 - Tuesday 2:00 P M - My wife and I stop by Curate while in downtown Asheville for a nice lunch. Our waiter was very helpful and we were clueless about what to order. We ended up with the following - Brandada de Bacalao $10, taste was good but a little to salty for us, Enalsada de Invierno $12,... More
