I bought a French "galette des rois" very similar as in France and good. Just a small smell salty probably du to the cooking close to salted cakes in oven.

This place is unreal. Coffee , tea, sandwiches, pastries. I have NEVER been unsatisfied at Flour. My favorite is the pumpkin cheese danish or their cinnamon rolls.... I'm not exaggerating.... you will take one bite and be hooked. Go! Also check out Meyers and Chang --- same owner....also delightful
