The wifi and the variety of coffees are pretty good here, but at a higher price - maybe so that the Starbucks employees can get good benefits (and a fair wage).

Space is limited, and in rush time it can be crowded. But, they make their coffee in quick time and my flat white was really good. Service was also friendly and helpful.

A great Starbucks for service and location. A little small and tight on space, but popular for location and service.

I was buying a gift card and nicely asked for a gift receipt. The manager came out and said they did not have gift receipts. I asked if I could get a duplicate receipt. She printed one out and threw it at me. It was unbelievable.

At this Starbucks there seem to be a real language issue. Better training and preparation would benefit this location.

Staff is warm and friendly. The line can be long depending on the time of day, but you will get your coffee! I would not recommend relaxing in this location with your cup of coffee because of foot traffic, unless you like to people watch.

As usual, a dependable spot for a cup of tea on the go. The breakfast bun (like a cinnamon swirl) is well worth a go...

The location is great. It is Starbucks coffee so no surprises there. The Internet is so slow you usually cannot load a web page. Email trickles in but Google news or a work VPN? No way.

My new favorite Starbucks. The lines get long in the morning, but they tend to move very quickly. The baristas are all quite friendly and will remember your drink from day to day. Overall, a good way to start the morning.

I stop at many Starbucks on my travels and they're mostly the same. But the staff here was exceptionally friendly! I ordered the Barista-created frapp (a toffee frapp I believe) that was made by staff member Colton. They were busy, but still warm, friendly, kind as they fulfilled the orders. Thanks Colton et al. for a wonderful stop during my... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
